• Your Instagram username and account ID
• Direct messages from your own Instagram account
• Basic profile information (name, profile picture)

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

We process your data based on:

• Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) — you explicitly authorize access to your Instagram account
• Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — to provide the core functionality of the service

4. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to:

• Display your Instagram messages within the app
• Allow you to draft and send replies through your own account

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any commercial purpose.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties. Your data is only transmitted between your device and Instagram's official API.

6. Data Retention

We do not store your messages or personal data on our servers. All data is processed in real time and not retained after your session ends. Access tokens are stored locally on your device only.

7. Your Rights Under GDPR

As an EU resident you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of your personal data
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your data
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Restriction — request we limit processing of your data
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior processing
